We are mushroom lovers and we keep looking for different local recipes and one of our team members is also a mushroom lovers. So we decided to share some of these recipes as she cooks it at home and many people in the South-east region may use the similar methods. She loves mushrooms like other team members and wants to share her recipes.

We always say that you can use any type of mushroom for any of our recipes. In fact we encourage you to experiment and use any mushroom from your list such as White Button, Cremini, Chaga, Maitake, Shiitake, Cordyceps, Lion’s mane, Turkey tail, Reishi, Oyster, Portobello etc.

All mushrooms are very good for health as they have medicinal values. They are full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, protein, nutrients, fat free, cholesterol free. They all help improve your immune system, they are anti inflammatory and have antibacterial properties. What else you want?

All types of edible mushrooms contain varying degrees of protein and fibre. They also contain B vitamins as well as a powerful antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues.

  • Chicken pieces
  • 1 scallion
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking Oil
  • Mushrooms of your choice
  • Ginger slices


1. Boil chicken meat until it looks white

2. Take out the chicken

3. Boiled 3 bowl of water till boiling

4. Put in mushroom, ginger and cooked chicken

5. Put 1 spoons of cooking oil

6. Put 2 spoons of sesame oil

7. Put 4 spoons of soy sauce

8. 1/2 spoon of salt

9. Put the slice scallion

10. Ready to serve.
